1. One-on-One Coaching:

Personalized training sessions tailored to individual goals, fitness levels, and health considerations, ensuring a focused approach to achieving results.

2. Group Sessions:

3. Functional Training:

Programs designed to improve everyday movements, enhancing strength, balance, and stability to support longevity and independence.

Personal Training

Pricing Information

  • Initial Assessment: Free
  • Single One-on-One Session: AED 299

Package Deals:

  • AED 2500 for 10 sessions
  • AED 1500 for 5 sessions

For in person sessions an additional fee of AED 100 would apply per session

Group Session Rates:

  • AED 199 per session with a minimum of 6 confirmed bookings at your location in Dubai within 5 km of Media City

  • Additional AED 100 for in-person sessions
